Tifaney Lester

My name if Tifaney Lester and I am the proud mother of three children; who I raise with my husband in the Spring Hill area. Though originally from Kansas, I moved to Texas in my early adulthood where I met my husband and had our wonderful kids. We moved to Tennessee in late 2021. I love to spend most of my time staying very busy, either with taking care of my kids, completing large projects that I undertake or my pet watching business. I have a strong commitment to going above and beyond with anything I take on and strive to perfect any and all tasks. I am very approachable and love to do things for others in order to help them grow and succeed. Life is a blessing and I’ve found that helping each other is so rewarding and fulfilling. Last season I was Team Mom for the Raptors 8U and it was so fun to watch these young boys mature and grow throughout the season. I have great passion, love, and knowledge of the game of football. I look forward to continuing my involvement in this great program and having another enjoyable year.

The Football Director is responsible for the recruiting and training of the Assistant Director and all coachers. The Director will ensure that Williamson County Raptors coaching rules are enforced and maintained by all coaches and players.

The Football Director is responsible for the coordinating and planning of all football requirements for community events. Additionally, the Director will ensure all requirements are met and completed for players prior to the athlete participating in any events, practices, and/or games.

Any complaints, disciplinary actions, or any other issue regarding Players and/ or coaches will be addressed to the Football Director, if the issue cannot be resolved by the Director, it will then be presented to the League Director.

The Williamson County Football Director is mandated to attend the annual TYSA meeting in March of each year.
